Bottom And Scale-A Study On The Demarcation Of Development Boundary Of Hilly Small And Medium-Sized Cities Taking The Central Urban Area Of Linshui County As An Example

Urban space development boundary,as an important national space control means,has been confirmed theoretically and promoted in work at the policy level.The delimitation and continuous operation of urban development boundary can effectively alleviate the contradiction between development and nature and promote the city to develop in a more efficient and healthy direction.But in specific defined,different levels,different parts of the city,facing the situation is different,and given priority to with inventory optimization of cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,compared to as stabilizer at the grass-roots level of urbanization,most large and medium-sized cities at the county level at the stage of ecological environmental bearing capacity is given priority to with increment of the state,in general the ecological security of the bottom line will appear as a development boundary is too large,guide to the development of smart enough obvious problems,how to fine border hills type development of small and medium-sized cities,an orderly and intensive use of space resources,is a very important topic.This study firstly sorts out the whole development of urban development boundary theory and practice at home and abroad.The urban development boundary and its related concepts are analyzed.Drawing on relevant planning practice cases at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and refines the key points of experience,and reunderstands the significance of urban development boundary.Then it puts forward the connotation of urban development boundary which is in line with the spatial development needs of small and medium-sized cities in China.And from the urban development needs,embodies the "growth thinking" of fine urban development boundaries.Based on this,this paper puts forward two levels of demarcation methods and steps of urban development boundary.This paper takes the central city of linshui county as the research object and studies the demarcation method of the development boundary of hilly small and medium-sized cities.Through the remote sensing data and various planning statistical data of linshui county in different periods,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development and evolution of urban land from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives,and explores the characteristics of urban space growth and the factors affecting urban space development.Based on this analysis,starting from the two perspectives of "bottom line" and "growth",this paper first analyzes the limitations of the future development of the research area with the help of GIS and other spatial analysis software,explores the rigid constraint conditions of expansion,and carries out the preliminary delimitation of the development boundary.On the basis of this insurmountable ecological bottom line,this paper further analyzes the economic and social development,establishes the multiple regression relationship among economy,energy consumption and urban construction land,and explores the demand for future urban development.An-ca model is used to predict the development scale of cities in different scenarios.The scenario of balancing energy consumption and development is selected to obtain more refined urban development boundary.It is of certain significance and reference value to study the spatial growth pattern and development boundary delimitation of resource-oriented small towns with mountains,troughs and valleys in the east of sichuan by adopting various technical methods.
