BIM is a transformative information technology.The change of thinking and the change of business process brought by BIM will lead to the increase of employee’s work load,lead to the staff’s resistance to BIM technology,and refuse to accept and use BIM technology.How to motivate employees to adopt and use BIM effectively is an important issue in theory research and management practice.The persistence behavior of BIM technology is based on adoption behavior.Accordingly,this research divides the continuous use behavior of BIM into two stages: adoption behavior stage and continuous use behavior stage.Existing research focuses on the cognitive processes and adoption behaviors of BIM prior to the use of behavior,This research perspective statically regards the influencing factors of a certain stage as the source of the whole BIM continuous use behavior,which makes the conclusion of the study may be one-sided.At the same time,there is no essential research on the interaction mechanism between information technology,organization environment and organization system,The lack of understanding of the endogenous factors that affect the use of technology leads to the lack of the necessary implementation measures.The BIM technology construction is in the form,and it is difficult to integrate with the enterprise organization.As a result,the use of BIM technology can not reach the expected performance.Therefore,it is necessary to divide the continuous use behavior into two stages: adoption behavior stage and continuous use behavior,It is very important for us to clarify the mechanism of BIM technology sustainable use behavior and to find out the factors that influence the BIM technology sustainable use behavior,to control the organization and master the method of BIM technology implementation,and to apply BIM technology effectively.This paper first defines the related concepts involved in the research,systematically analyzes the classical theory and important research results of continuous use behavior and use behavior at home and abroad,defines and measures the research variables,combs the theoretical clues,studies hypotheses and models.The proposal provides a theoretical basis.In the use behavior stage,based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),this study adds psychological capital and organizational support,proposes research hypotheses,and collects data based on research hypotheses,and validates the proposed hypotheses.The results show that(1)in the BIM context,the subjective norms and behavioral attitudes in the planned behavior theory have a significant impact on the use intention of employees’ BIM technology,but the perceived behavioral control has no significant influence on the employee BIM technology use intention;(2)the organizational support sense is direct Influencing employees’ use of BIM technology;(3)Psychological capital has a significant impact on employee use intention,which indirectly affects employee BIM technology usage behavior.In the continuous use behavior stage,this paper empirically studies the continuous use behavior of BIM users from the employee’s perspective,based on the SOR model,combined with the continuous use of the information system model and the Delone&Mclean information system.The results show that some of the existing conclusions about the continuous use behavior of information technology are also established in the BIM context,but in the BIM context,(1)perceived usefulness and satisfaction are the key factors affecting the continued use intention of BIM users.Ease of use has no significant impact on continuous use intention;(2)Subjective norms,information quality and service quality have a significant positive impact on satisfaction and perceived usefulness,and system quality is perceived useful,satisfaction,perceived ease of use.The impact is not significant.At the end of the paper,the whole research is summarized and summarized,and the theoretical contributions and shortcomings of this paper are discussed. |
