Study On The Quality Behavior Of Workers Based On The Theory Of Planned Behavior

In the factors of "man, machine, material, method, environment", which Affects the quality of the project, man is in the upstream production of building products, it plays an important role; construction workers is the direct perpetrators, their actions largely determine whether the quality of project is good or bad, so the quality of construction worker's behavior is the focus of project controls. In the current context of high-speed railway construction project promoting large-scale, It gives the project officer a high quality requirements. In the reality of Construction project, there are numerous cases of quality accident led by the substandard quality of the final acts of the construction workers, so the quality behavior supply of construction workers is the iron key to ensure the quality construction projects.In order to explore decision-making of quality behavior of construction workers, the paper build a high-speed rail construction personnel decision-making model of quality behavior based on the theory of planned behavior and a large number of theoretical studies; From the perspective of Innovative and practical applications, the paper summed up the quality of the External factors after a depth study of the quality management environment of Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway construction. On the bases of literature review and interviews, this paper constructed the quality Behavior Scale, through empirical study to explore the external factors-internal transmission mechanism-supply of quality behavior three-phase analytic framework with questionnaire. Empirical and theoretical results are as follows:(1) In the External Factors influencing the quality:the construction of the personal characteristics, such as in which department has a great influence on the supply of quality behavior. however the education, mobility, whether the leading cadres, have no obvious effect on; Quality benchmarking system variables such as credit rating has a greater impact on the of supply of behavior quality, however the "red and yellow card" system, not significant; the quality of "four modernizations" control of variables such as the supply of professional conduct for quality construction with great effect, while the factory of little effect; Whether the individual take part in training have no significant effect on the supply of quality behavior; upgrade the post in effectiveness of quality-oriented, government oversight, the project parent monitoring behavior in external quality oversight have a greater impact for the quality behavior supply of construction workers.(2) The internal transmission mechanism in the quality behavior:the attitude of quality behavior have the most influential on the behavioral intention, which followed by the quality control of behavioral perceived, subjective norm also have important implications on the quality behavior; the correlation between the quality behavior and intention of quality behavioral was significant.(3) This paper discussed the relevant correspondence between the external factors of quality behavior and internal transmission mechanism on experience, which provides a new perspective for the construction project managers to take measures to correct the behavior of non-quality.
