Research On Intelligent Platform Organization Structure Of C Company

The project contracting market is developing towards user oriented,diversified demand,large-scale and complex projects.The traditional enterprise organization structure of the project contracting enterprise has not adapted to the development of the enterprise gradually,and has exposed many problems.The change of organizational structure has been paid more and more attention by the management and theoretical researchers of the industry.The case company C is a representative enterprise of the above problems.In the years of development,the construction of C company's organizational structure is basically based on the internal enterprise.The management and control of the company has become the core of the organization system.It does not fully reflect the needs of the business.It can not respond to the needs of the users in time,can not quickly capture the opportunity of the market,the employees' subjective initiative is poor,and the utilization of resources is low.C company needs to change its driving mode through organizational restructuring,stimulate the vitality of the business side,optimize the utilization of resources,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis first analyzes the evolution of enterprise organization structure and the advantages and disadvantages of various organizational structures,then combing the exposure problems of a project in C company,combining with the opportunity of C company's own foundation and information technology,clarifies the necessity and urgency of the restructuring of the organization structure,and determines the organization of the intelligent platform as an organization.C company organization restructure target.In this thesis,a set of organizational reconfiguration scheme is designed for C company,which illustrates the construction of the organizational structure of the intelligent platform,the mechanism of operation relationship and the key business reconfiguration.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research contents and prospects of C company's organizational restructuring.
