With the continuous development of new energy technologies,the solar power industry is also gradually expanding.As one of the core equipment in the energy transformation and control.the photovoltaic combiner box is used to convert the direct current of photovoltaic cells into alternating current and input it into the power grid.It affects and determines the stability,safety,reliability,efficiency,service life and cost of the entire photovoltaic grid-connected system.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of photovoltaic combiner box test.This paper designs a test power supply and its acquisition system for the temperature rise test of the photovoltaic combiner box which based on the industrial control technology.The test system can adjust the input of multi-branch direct current according to the test requirement.It designed with human-computer interaction interface and equipped with measurement and control system that relevant with.The test system can also control the test current and test process according to the settings automatically,display the test current,temperature measurement value and rise curve in the test in real time.This paper is mainly focused on the design of the photovoltaic combiner box temperature rise test system and includes the following contents:The first point: the research and development status of photovoltaic power generation at home and abroad is summarized.The main related policies both here and abroad and related company products are discussed.The principle of photovoltaic combiner box is explained.The key problems that need to be solved for the temperature rise of the confluence box are Analyzed,the technological route of research and development is determined.The second point: The power supply for temperature rise test of shunt box is designed,and the technology of hierarchical programmable control and multi-phase rectification is put forward,which effectively realizes the functional requirements of the test,reduces the harmonic content and improves the power quality.The third point: A friendly man-machine interface and the HMI system of the lower computer based on MCGS is designed.At the same time,the upper computer system based on LabVIEW is extended to realize the control and monitoring of the detection process.Finally,a test platform was built and the temperature rise test was carried out to verify the availability of the designed system.The test results show that the system can meet the current temperature rise test requirements of the manifold.
