The type CRTS?-Slab ballastless track(Hereinafter referred to as type ? ballastless track)is a new type of ballastless track technology system with China's independent intellectual property rights,which is developed on the basis of summarizing the related technical systems of the type CRTS?-Slab and type CRTS?-Slab ballastless track(Hereinafter referred to as type ? and type ? ballastless track)and closely combining with engineering practice.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's ballastless railway and the implementation of the high-speed railway out strategy,the type ? ballastless track will undoubtedly be widely used.Since other types of ballastless tracks have gradually formed layout design software to meet their respective construction needs,The type ? ballastless track has its particularity in structure,slab-making technology,laying method and so on.There are many types of data and large calculations in the in the process of layout design.Therefore,this paper focuses on the related algorithms and problems in the layout design process of type ? ballastless track.The main research contents of this paper include the following points:Firstly,The expression and conversion of railway track alignment design documents,the design coordinates of arbitrary points on the line,the calculation method of the tangent azimuth angle of elevation and forward direction,the design characteristics of railway lines,and the calculation method of right alignment design parameters of double-track parallel lines has been studied in depth.Secondly,the related models of the layout design of type ? ballastless track are analyzed and studied.This paper calculates and analyses the problem that the layout length calculated according to the planar design mileage is inconsistent with the actual space length,and the analysis results show that the planar design mileage can be used to calculate the layout of type ? ballastless track;The calculation methods of three-dimensional coordinates of the line space and local coordinates of slab at top center of tracking platform(Hereinafter referred to as tracking platform positioning points)and their conversion relations are studied,the coordinate transformation between three-dimensional coordinate system of line space and local coordinate system of slab is carried out by using the method of constructing rotation matrix with Euler angle.The calculation method of adjusting amount of tracking platform(including adjusting amount of tracking platform under special circumstances)is analyzed and studied,and the adjustment of the tracking platform under different curve radius conditions was carried out according to the specification design requirements.the results of the analysis can be used to guide the production of type ? track plates.Thirdly,according to the related research of the layout design model in this paper,the layout design software for type ? ballastless track based on C/S terminal is designed and developed,which realizes the functions of line data management,layout design of track plate,three-dimensional coordinate calculation of tracking platform positioning point and output of layout results in the design process of type ? ballastless track layout.The reliability of the software is verified by comparing and analyzing with the actual data.
