Design And Application Of Information System Of Administration In Real Name System For Jinan Qingdao High-speed Rail Labor Service

Real-name system of labor service is a system which has been springing up in recent years.It is necessary to provide valid documents or information to prove personal identity,when dealing with a certain business or carrying out a certain process.The application of real name system of labor service in the management of high-speed railway project is relatively rare,and the management mode of high-speed railway project has its significant characteristics,such as "large investment,short construction period,scattered construction sites,strong mobility of staff ".The management of high-speed railway project pays more attention to the progress of construction period,construction technology and quality control,but it is a new subject and challenge that how to apply the real name system of labor service to the management of high-speed railway project,and effectively combine it with the progress,process and quality control of the project,and play the role in the record and traceability of the real name system of labor service.This paper puts forward a solution to labor service management information system for the high-speed railway projects.The combination of real name of labor service and project process management is taken as the breakthrough point,and then the application of labor name in the process management of high-speed railway construction is studied.The following results are obtained in this study.(1)According to the characteristics of high-speed railway project management,this paper puts forward a solution of real name system information of labor service for high-speed railway project management.The solution provides a complete and implementable information prototype.By using the model given in the scheme,the railway project manager can collect real-time construction records of real-name working procedures in the construction site by using the hardware and software of the information system,and transmit them back to the central server through the private network in real time.(2)This paper puts forward a new idea of applying the real name system of labor service to the process control and quality management of high-speed railway construction.According to the construction process and management characteristics of high-speed railway project,the process management of the engineering construction process is refined to the construction site,and a recording method based on the real name system of labor service and the correspondence of precise management is given.A feasible solution of quality verification and quality traceability is proposed,which improves process management and quality control level.(3)an efficient data collection method for construction site is proposed.In view of the particularity of construction work,construction site management is a difficult problem.This paper presents a method of site data collection based on handheld terminal,cellular data network,APP and distributed storage structure,which effectively solved the difficulties of data collection in the construction site information system,alleviated the negative impact of objective environment on the implementation of information,effectively reduced the difficulty of site information application,and significantly improved the level of site information application.
