| The "One Belt And One Road" strategy provides a good opportunity for the development of China Railway Express,the China Railway Express has also developed rapidly in the past two years.The economic and trade exchanges between the countries along the route have become increasingly active,and China Railway Express has become the backbone of international logistics and land transportation.However,China Railway Express has encountered many problems in the process of development,there are widespread phenomena such as line competition,insufficient supply and difficulty in profitability.Under this new situation,it is necessary to optimize the transportation organization of the China Railway Express.This paper is a combination of theoretical analysis,model construction and empirical analysis.It analyzes a large number of documents and materials,and put forward major factors which affect the transport organization of China Railway Express.Based on analyzing of the contents and procedures of China Railway Express,the strategy and concrete method of transportation organization optimization have realistic foundation.First of all,this paper provides solutions for the problems of unclear types of cargo,polarization of cargo supply and quantity,and disorderly competition in cargo market.Four issues are analyzed: supply survey,freight demand forecasting,network construction and freight marketing.Secondly,aiming at the problems of single organizational mode,overlapping lines and diversion of freight sources of train flow,strategies for grouping,classifying departure and destination stations are proposed.To optimize the overall transport cost,it is necessary to use hub nodes to integrate the same direction and small batch of cargo flow,and optimize the scheduling scheme.Optimizing Model of scheduling schemes with the aim of optimizing the overall transportation cost is constructed,and the algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the model.The validity of the model and the algorithm are verified by an example.Finally,in order to solve the problem of the lack of coordination and self-governing of the China Railway Express,based on the content of coordination mechanism,the team operators should construct the coordination mechanism from the aspects of information coordination,equipment coordination,operation coordination and interests coordination.With this strategy,we can reduce the operating cost of the China Railway Express and improve the overall transport quality and efficiency.To sum up,from the perspective of the construction of the organization,coordination mechanism of cargo sources,traffic flow of China Railway Express,the optimization strategies and methods to solve the organizational problems of China Railway Express outbound transport are studied.It fills in the blank of the theory of international railway transport organization,and provide reference for the practice of China Railway Express transport organization. |
