Research On The Trunk-branch Combination Plan Of The China Railway Express

With the continuous progress of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,CR Express emerged at the right moment and kept growing,becoming a model for the implementation of the initiative.Since its inception,CR Express has gradually integrated into the market,the number of trains has increased obviously,the scope of operations has continuously expanded,and the value of goods has increased significantly,becoming an important carrier for promoting China-EU trade.Since in the present stage,the CR Express has some objective characteristics that the distribution of operating cities is disordered and unfixed,the operating frequency of the express is unstable and unable to meet the requirements and the problems of scrambling for the source of goods between the cities is serious,the Trunk-Brunch Combination Plan of the CR Express rise in response to the proper time and conditions to meet the CR Express' s requirements of the short time limitation of transportation,the high effectiveness of the organization of the express and the managing mode following the passenger cars.However,with the continuous expansion of transportation scale,lots of problems has gradually emerged in the existing plan such as the complicated connection of the trunk-brunch lines and the insufficient utilization of the line.These problems directly lead to the waste of the capacity of the railway busy trunk line.Therefore,it is of a great practical significance to study the optimization of Trunk-Branch Combination Plan of the CR Express.This paper conducts an in-depth research on the optimization of the trunk-branch combination plan of the CR Express in the following aspects through the consultation towards the experts,the practical field research and summarization.(1)To summarize the key problems in the development of the CR Express through expressing the development status of the CR Express in the aspects of establishing the channel,operating situation,operating model and the organization of the transportation and the source and to issue the importance of the trunk-branch combination of the CR Express based on the analyse of the present development characteristics and the need of transportation organization of the onshore part.(2)Through analyzing the supply demand of the CR Express,studying the main influencing factors of operating the CR Express,and constructing a logistic model to predict the number of the trains in the future,to show the trend range of the number of trains under different influencing factors.(3)To analyze the technical support conditions of operating the CR Express in terms of the capacity of the transport corridor,the layout of the technical stations and the load level,and the distributing point of the container business management points,with the requirements of the China-European transport organization and vehicle operating conditions.(4)Combining with the requirements of the research of the trunk-brunch combination of the CR Express in the actual research,this paper shall construct the evaluation indicator systems in the aspect of section line utilization,trunk line utilization,the concentration of the point,and the complication of the trunk-brunch connection;establish the optimization model for the aim of increasing the effectiveness of the CR Express;issue the procedures and methods of such optimization;and finally demonstrate the practicability of the optimized mode with the case of optimizing the operation plan of whole part of the CR Express.
