RCC dam construction has the characteristics of long construction period,huge amount of concrete casting and involving many machines.It is very difficult to design construction organization and find reasonable mechanical configuration by manual method.Therefore,it is becoming more and more popular to simulate the construction process by computer simulation method to study the relationship between construction period,equipment utilization ratio and mechanical configuration.As one of the most important part in the whole dam construction process,storehouse surface construction has received more attention in recent years,but the research results are still few.In storehouse surface construction,storehouse entrance is a nonnegligible factor.It can not only affect the efficiency of dump truck entering and leaving storehouse surface,but also affect the overall casting efficiency due to the narrow space at the storehouse entrance,resulting in a long time in the final stage of construction.Therefore,it is of positive significance for improving the simulation accuracy of storehouse surface construction to consider the factors of storehouse entrance when establishing the simulation model of storehouse surface construction.In this paper,we analyse the operation process of RCC dam storehouse surface in detail.The storehouse surface construction system is divided into three subsystems: mixing and loading subsystem,vehicle transportation subsystem and storehouse surface casting subsystem.At the same time,the specific processes of different entry modes are studied in detail,and vehicle transportation subsystem is divided into truck transportation module and entry module.The storehouse surface casting subsystem is divided into belt casting module and storehouseentrance casting module,which highlights the particularity of storehouse-entrance.Finally,using discrete event simulation method and event triggering as the propulsion mechanism of the simulation system,the simulation model of storehouse surface construction considering the factors of entrance is established,and the simulation of construction process is realized by Flexsim simulation software.In order to study the influence of entrance on storehouse surface construction,this paper simulates the construction of a given storehouse surface according to the given machinery and different entrance modes.By comparing the construction period and construction efficiency of different parts under different entrance modes,and the casting efficiency under different storehouse-entrance numbers under the same entrance mode,this paper summarizes the influence of storehouse-entrance on storehouse surface construction efficiency.The simulation results show that no matter what way dump trucks enter storehouse,the casting efficiency at storehouse-entrance decreases significantly,and the influence of different entrance modes on storehouse surface construction efficiency is different.The appropriate entrance mode and the number of storehouse-entrance should be selected according to different construction conditions.Compared with the model without considering the factor of storehouse-entrance,the simulation model established in this paper is more in line with the actual construction and further improves the accuracy of storehouse surface construction simulation.By analyzing the influence of storehouse-entrance on the construction process of storehouse surface,it can provide reference for reasonable entrance mode and mechanical configuration in actual construction.
