With the continuous expansion of national cities,fastly,large scale,land and coastal developed cities increasingly depleted resources,to enter the sea areas has become the inevitable trend of national economic and strategic development in the future.In this situation,the first thing that needs to be solved in the development process is building sea land.Large diameter steel cylinder structure can greatly shorten the construction period,and the project cost is more lower relatively,it has been more and more used in ports,cross-sea bridge and artificial island construction and other projects both at home and abroad.Steel cylinder and vice cell composed of cofferdam structure can provide stable protection for the backfill land area and ensure the strength of the wall structure.Based on the actual engineering background in the south bank revetment test section of artificial island,this paper introduces the structure of insert steel cylinder cofferdam with the largest diameter and maximum weight around the world.The process of hydraulic lifting flip method and SPMT hydraulic axis car transportation and twelve sets of APE-600 hydraulic vibration hammer combination sinking process have been successfully worked,it makes up the oneness of the construction process of similar structure.By adding the sea side concrete steel template at the top of the large diameter steel cylinder,the structure is optimized and improved.Throughout the ancient and modern,security issues related to people's livelihood,effective technology and measures can solve the construction process of security risks in greatest extent.Midas Gen finite element software was used to simulate the various construction stages of the super-large-diameter steel cylinder model,it's providing theoretical basis and technical support for the construction,and creatively designing a new type of temporary structure for construction to facilitate on-site construction.The introduction of initial defect in the model makes the buckling analysis of the structure more accurate.From the current construction progress,the various kinds of construction technology and research results have been successfully applied to artificial island of south bank revetment test section project,its research methods and related construction techniques for future similar projects with good reference value.
