With the rapid development of urban informatization,sewer monitoring has become an important task of urban safety assurance.A large number of kitchen waste,domestic waste and so on into the sewage pipe,after fermentation will produce a variety of toxic and harmful gases,such as CH4,H2 S,NH3 and so on.The leakage of the gas in the sewage pipe has brought great danger to the air pollution and living health.According to the statistics,the number of deaths caused by gas poisoning is up to 100 thousand people every year.At the same time,it is very easy to induce a variety of chronic diseases in the environment that endanger the gas concentration exceeding the standard.A high precision and low delay pipeline gas monitoring device is designed and realized on the basis of sensor technology,FPGA technology and embedded technology on the basis of sensor technology,FPGA technology and embedded technology,and a high precision and low delay pipeline gas monitoring device is designed and realized on the basis of the investigation of the development status of the sewage pipeline gas monitoring and the field inspection of the sewage pipeline in the area.In today's sewage monitoring system,sensors have cross sensitivity,low accuracy and long time consuming.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows.(1)Detailed investigation and sorting out the research status and related technologies of sewer monitoring.After fully understanding the existing problems of multi-component gas monitoring and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technologies,we propose the overall design framework of this study.(2)In view of the cross sensitivity of gas sensors,a gas acquisition method based on sensor array is designed to achieve parallel data acquisition,conditioning and conversion circuits.A FPGA platform based on ALTERA CYCLONE IV and a ARM platform based on IMX6 are built,and the reliability of the designed 6 layer high-speed PCB is reliable.(3)In order to solve the problem of low precision and poor efficiency in traditional multi-component gas detection,this paper uses the FPGA platform to make the neural network hardware,give full play to the advantages of FPGA and neural network algorithm,and complete a set of hardware BP neural implementation method,and apply it to the multi component gas monitoring of sewage pipeline.(4)The design completes the embedded system and the wireless transmission system based on NB-IoT.Optimize the startup time of the embedded system,design the external USB interface,SD card interface and network port,so as to improve the data interaction performance of the system;implement a set of monitoring software based on QT to complete the real-time display of data,the configuration of parameters and the interaction of the system,and design the NB-IoT communication unit with low power and high ability to realize the sewage pipe Real-time remote uploading of monitoring dataThe sewage monitoring system designed in this paper has the characteristics of high detection accuracy and good sensitivity.It can detect the gas concentration of multi component quickly and accurately,and have good expansibility.It can be applied to the monitoring of pipeline gas in many occasions such as city,factory,home and so on.
