Sewage treatment system for the city’s sewage treatment is extremely important,not only to solve urban sewage treatment effluent environment to solve the problemof municipal solid waste, and help reduce the environmental pollution of modernurban problems. As we all know, sewage and drainage systems, in addition to a veryimportant wastewater treatment system design, the more important is to ensure thatdoes not happen sewer spill in the sewage treatment process, if a problem occursbefore the sewage leak sewage treatment, not only pollute the city groundwater andsoil, soil eutrophication caused more problems, undermining the already fragileecosystem of the modern city, field investigations by foreign countries found leakingsewage pipes can indeed cause incalculable damage to the modern city, for to aboveproblems, this paper presents optimization analysis for sewage water pipeline in orderto Tianjin sewer treatment system for the visually presented three different materialsto optimize the analysis of the sewers to find the best materials, with comparativeanalysis of three Three conditions were analyzed using a specific material ways moreappropriate for the modern city has to offer constructive sewage treatment system,according to the requirements set forth above, the paper studies a little three aspects:1) For the modern urban sewage treatment system problems and hazards of the cityto do a detailed analysis, analysis of love once damage to the sewage treatmentsystem for the city’s first hazard, as the collection of domestic waste water treatmentsystem has shortcomings, as well as sewage treatment system damage potential threatto the existence of some kind of modern city. And through national data and researchto find out the important aspects of the sewage treatment system, namely sewer watersystems.2) through the sewers leak problem, this paper proposes three not only corrosionresistance, strength and deformation capacity and the same high material instead ofthe traditional common silicate material, followed by basalt fiber reinforced concreteand concrete materials crumb rubber, the paper proves strength rubber concrete andbasalt fiber reinforced concrete through experimental research, deformation andcorrosion resistance is much stronger than ordinary concrete, basalt fiber thereforereplaced with concrete and ordinary concrete crumb rubber concrete sewage pipeshave great feasibility. 3) by finite element analysis of ordinary portland concrete, different carryingcapacity of basalt fiber reinforced concrete and rubber aggregate concrete under theconditions of the plain concrete, basalt fiber analysis if replaced with concrete andrubber aggregate concrete ordinary portland concrete advantages exist, the textadopted under similar conditions, such as strength, thickness of crumb rubberconcrete pipes and basalt fiber reinforced concrete pipes can be optimized to42mm.4) Aggregate Concrete pipe wall thickness of rubber and basalt fiber reinforcedconcrete pipes can be optimized to42mm, this time two optimized pipeline, save29.66kg per meter of concrete pipes, concrete2.966t savings per kilometer, just fromthe amount of concrete on two different parts of the concrete pipe is down from thecost of rubber and basalt fiber analysis, and the use of crumb rubber concrete aftermaking contributions to the environment in terms of crumb rubber concrete pipesbetter for the future of urban sewage treatment construction system made constructivecomments.
