Concrete structure is a kind of structural form widely used in engineering construction.In the construction process,formwork support must be erected,the load-carrying system composed of concrete structure and temporary formwork support is obviously different from the load-transfer path of the structure in normal service stage.At the same time,the industry lacks an in-depth analysis of the law of load distribution in the temporary support system,so the improper erection and demolition of formwork support in the construction process has caused numerous safety accidents.How to speed up the turnover of the formwork support system under the premise of ensuring the safety of the engineering construction has become a concern to the industry,and the premise of speeding up the turnover speed of formwork support system is to understand the bearing state of structure and support system.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the law of load distribution in the temporary support system during the construction period.The research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the factors affecting load redistribution of temporary support and concrete structure during construction period are distinguished,the construction effect and temperature effect are taken as the conditions to realize the time-varying characteristics of structure system,the mathematical expression is used to describe the interaction relationship between the temporary support and the cast-in-place floor.(2)By sorting out the existing theory of load distribution calculation between time-varying structure and formwork support during construction period,and selecting the improved simplified method suitable for engineering site as the research basis,the load distribution law of temporary support system under the influence of construction effect is analyzed in depth,and the reliability of the analytical model is verified by experimental data and ANSYS numerical simulation.On this basis,the influence of different construction techniques and construction period on the load redistribution of temporary support system is further analyzed.(3)Combining with the existing measured results,it is found that the support loadduring the maintenance period is greatly affected by temperature.In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between temperature change and load redistribution of temporary support system,this paper solves the temperature function of non-uniform distribution of concrete floor thickness direction,and the temperature difference between concrete column and steel support,and further converted the two temperature effects into the deformation of structural system.Based on the condition of surface deformation coordination,the load distribution model of temporary support system under temperature effect during construction period is established.Examples are selected for calculation and analysis,and the calculation results are compared with experimental data and ANSYS simulation results,and a more consistent law is obtained,which verifies the rationality of the calculation model.The research results are helpful to determine the bearing state of the structure and temporary support in the engineering construction,and have certain reference value for ensuring the safety of construction and speeding up the turnover of temporary support system.
