With the advancement of the times,hydraulic transmission technology is increasingly moving towards the direction of modern industrial automation.It is required to improve the system's efficiency and power-to-quality ratio while improving the response speed and accuracy of the system.Hydraulic motors are commonly used rotary actuators.In many cases,the accuracy of the output speed must be controlled.When the system is subject to external interference,it is desirable to minimize the fluctuation of the output speed.This requires a combination of servo control to improve the response accuracy of the system.The valve-controlled motor speed control system has been widely used in engineering practice due to its advantages of fast dynamic response,high output precision and simple structure.The research content of this paper is based on a new type of hydraulic component-double stator hydraulic motor.A rotor and two stators are designed in the housing,which can form multiple hydraulic motors with different displacements inside and outside,which improves the mass ratio power.Broaden the application range of hydraulic circuits.In this paper,the structural principle and performance characteristics of the double-stator hydraulic motor are analyzed,and the new application of the double-stator hydraulic motor in the speed-regulating circuit is explored.This multi-input hydraulic motor can be used in the fields of machine tools and mobile machinery,according to the working conditions.The different outputs are different speeds.Based on the advantages of the dual stator motor,in order to further improve the system output accuracy,this paper studies the control strategy.On the one hand,considering the nonlinear factors such as leakage,load interference and system parameter interference in the valve-controlled dual-stator motor speed control system,the auto-disturbance control strategy is adopted to improve the output performance of the system.According to the valve-controlled double-stator motor The state space model is designed with the controller and verified by simulation.On the other hand,although the conventional auto disturbance rejection control strategy can achieve good control effects,it is limited due to too many parameters that need to be adjusted in the extended state observer.In practical applications,it is chosen to use a reduced-order extended state observer for research.Its structure is relatively simple,and fewer parameters need to be adjusted.At the same time,in order to improve the robustness of the system and reduce the steady-state error,an integral sliding mode controller is designed.Through the combination of the two,the simulation research of the valve-controlled dual-stator motor speed control system is carried out.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the designed control strategy in practice,the experimental platform was built with the help of the existing equipment in the laboratory,and the research content of the article was verified by experiments.
