For a long time,the phenomenon of light maintenance in bridge reconstruction is not uncommon.After the completion of the bridge,neglect of maintenance has led to many cases of small defects and diseases that affect safety.Therefore,to determine a good reinforcement plan and technology is the most important task in bridge reinforcement work,we must achieve reasonable technology,reasonable cost and the highest efficiency.Compared with the traditional reinforcement technology,the prestressing loss of T-beam Bridge Strengthened by prestressing carbon fiber sheet is lower and durable.It can not only increase the bearing capacity of bridge structure,but also significantly reduce the structural deformation,improve the structural stiffness,make full use of material performance,save material and engineering cost greatly.The long-term performance of T-beam Bridge Strengthened by prestressing carbon fiber sheet is far beyond the traditional bridge reinforcement technology and reduce the maintenance cost of the reinforcement system.In this paper,the characteristics,construction technology and prestressing loss of T-beam Bridge Strengthened with prestressing carbon fiber sheet are analyzed,and the feasibility of strengthening T-beam bridge with prestressing carbon fiber sheet is verified.The application of prestressing carbon fiber sheet in the reinforcement of T-girder bridge is studied by taking the reinforcement project of Dapuhe right bridge in Qinhuangdao as an example,and the reinforcement effect is evaluated.The results show that prestressing CFRP sheet improves the utilization efficiency of CFRP sheet strength and effectively utilizes the high strength of CFRP during the service stage of flexural members;before strengthening,the load-bearing capacity of T-beam to be strengthened should be considered,and then the analysis and calculation based on the assumption of flat section should be carried out to avoid brittle failure of the structure;and the anchorage head mining of tension and anchorage system should be considered.Permanent mechanical anchorage,chemical anchor bolt anchorage base,structural bonding between carbon fiber sheet and T beam and U-shaped steel plate hoop.This reasonable tension and anchorage measures can ensure the full play of the role of prestressing carbon fiber sheets and avoid the occurrence of peeling damage.Through strengthening examples,it can be seen that prestressing carbon fiber reinforced T-beam bridge can effectively improve the bearing capacity of T-beam structure,inhibit the development of concrete cracks,reduce structural deflection and deformation,and improve the performance of T-beam bridge in service stage.The effectiveness of prestressing carbon fiber reinforced T-beam bridge reinforcement Obviously,it produces good social benefits and receives good economic benefits.
