In recent years, domestic external prestressing strengthening technique has been rapid development, and appears to use new prestressed materials to replace the traditional steel strand as a new strengthening technology. As the representative of the new reinforcement technology, prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology has its advantages:it preloads stress to structure actively to adjust the beam force condition, and to improve the bearing capacity of bridge structure significantly; Equivalent to increase the quantity of the main reinforcement at the same time, it improves stiffness and reduces deformation of the structure; In addition, full use of material performance can greatly save materials and reduce the engineering cost, long-term performance is better than the traditional bridge reinforcement technology, saving maintenance cost. Therefore, prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology has a high research value and good application prospect.At present, domestic research institutions has quite a few of anchorages, but there is little transverse comparison and don’t know which is better. What kind of anchorage to design is lack of guidance. The paper has carried on the comprehensive comparison and analysis about the current domestic mainstream extrusion type anchorage and tapered type anchorage, the paper do analysis from the angle of the structure characteristics, theoretical analysis and ANSYS finite element model research, ultimately come to a conclusion: tapered type anchorage is the anchorage of the overall performance.Due to the design method of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology is lack of corresponding design processes and standard guidance. The paper does detailed research on the key technical problems of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology. The paper determines the content of design process, and through the theoretical research and the formulas of prestress value, does the demonstration on the design problem such as control of prestressing degree, tensioning stress in tendon at jacking, loss of prestress and partial calculation. Combining with typical concrete bridge, the paper has been clear about the design idea of using prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement, formed a complete set of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement design method.As a new reinforcement technique, reinforcement effect decides the technology application prospect. At present domestic is lack of related research about controlling technology of construction of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology, through investigating monitoring method and combining the theory of concrete bridge, the paper has been clear about the specific content of monitoring and the layout of measuring points on prestressed carbon fiber strengthening, according to the monitoring results to evaluate the quality, guaranteeing reinforcement effect.This paper does research in view of the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology, it has certain guiding significance and reference value to the further development of the technology.
