| According to the National Energy Agency,Ministry of Finance "on the development of coal-fired power plant comprehensive upgrading of the notice" of the relevant requirements,as the National Energy Bureau,"Twelve-Five" coal-fired units of the first upgrade project,Guohua electric Power "high-quality Green Power generation plan" first launched the implementation of the project,Guohua Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Two Russian-made 800 MW unit energy saving and Environmental protection transformation and DCS(Distributed Control System)upgrading project,with the domestic DCS system in the Russian-made units for the first application,has an important demonstration significance.In order to meet the requirement of automation level of turbine through fluid,the880 MW unit of Guohua Suizhong power plant has been optimized to improve the CCS(Coordination Control System)system.This article takes the retrofit of the thermal control system of the 880 MW unit in Russia as an example,analyzes the control strategy of the unit CCS,realizing Closed Loop Control,and on the basis of adopting the integrated control of the domestic DCS system of HOLLiAS-MACS company,realizes the implementation of the MFT(Main Fuel Trip)protection and RB(Run Back)function combined with the auxiliary control network built by the core Exchange unit,in the collection control room to set up the auxiliary network Operator station,saves the manpower while enhances the work efficiency.The paper studies the 880 MW Supercritical Units transforms after the performance change,the union domestic product and the advantage the company independent research and development DCS control system when the analysis,has made the design improvement to the existing coordination control system.The detailed analysis Russian-made unit coordination control system unique feature,improves between the steam turbine and the boiler regulative way comprehensively,thus obtains the unit to be able to follow the AGC(Automatic Generation Control)load instruction or an electrical network frequency modulation instruction,can the fast response load change.The task ofthe coordinated control system is to maintain the balance of energy between the boiler and the turbine,the balance between the energy supply and the demand,the equilibrium between the unit grid and the energy,the energy balance of the input and output units and the energy transfer balance of the boiler subsystem.By improving the design,the response rate of load change is accelerated and the disturbance of parameters is controlled to converge to improve the economic operation ability of the unit. |
