The ultra supercritical unit power plant have become the mainstream. The requirements of peak load and frequency modulation is improving, the demand to optimize the coordinated control system is more and more urgent.Among them the optimization method based on intelligent control algorithm is a focal point research. Fuzzy control applied mature among intelligent control algorithm, especially after the combination of intelligent control and conventional PID control.The fuzzy PID controller has the advantages of strong robust and does not depend on transfer function attraction people’s widely attention. Unfortunately seldom applied in practice.The study on optimization on coordinated control system based on fuzzy PID controller is discussed in detail in the paper.At first,this paper provides the coordinated control system transfer function basis for the operation data of simulator useing system identification method,and optimizes the parameters by particle swarm algorithm, these parameters provieds as initial parameters of fuzzy PID controller.Secondly,designs the fuzzy PID controller, makes fuzzy table, provies fundamentals for engineering realization. presents the fuzzy table in control logic,compiles it in simulator control logic.During the control process, picks up correction value from the fuzzy table by the pressure deviation and deviation variation rate,and adds them to primitive PID parameters to modify. Boiler main control adjusts the parameters by external ones, connect the fuzzy control modified PID parameters to external of boiler main control. During the process of variable load, optimezes by fuzzy controller. Finally, practice and verify on the simulator platform.The method keeps the simpl structure and practical algorithm characteristics of conventional PID controller, the optimization of variable parameters algorithm is effective. Application effect of simulator platform verifies the algorithm validity.
