A System That Analyze The Kinematics And Kinetics Of Mechanisms Based On Machine Vision

In the development of industry, mechanisms is the basic of machine system, so mechanisms is always the most important part of the industry.Analysis of mechanisms is to analyze the displacement, velocity and acceleration of mechanisms. No matter in analyzing the mechanisms, or designing new mechanisms, Analysis of Mechanisms is the most important part..The measurement based on machine vision is characteristic with rapid, high precision and flexibility. It has been studied and applied widely at home and abroad.This passage introduced a system that analyze the kinematics and kinetics of mechanisms based on machine vision. All the parts of the machine vision system are chosen and assembled by need.The structure of the machine vision system and the flow chart of the software is given. The platform with advanced software and hardware is used to shoot some images about the system in interval. It will provide exact measurements of the kinematics and kinetics of mechanicccsms to the enterprise through digital image processing.There are inevitable a lot of noises in the images that are acquired by the camera, it will affect the result of image analysis so image pre-processing is needed.Image Pre-Processing is the image processing essential step, it direct relate to the accuracy of the following image processing, and the propose of image Pre-Processing is to get the foreground which was useful form the background.First, it introduce the basic idea,processing and advantage of the Election Algorithm.Second, it summarize the definition,significance, the situation and direction of image enhancement and image segmentation, then use Election Algorithm to optimize the adaptive image enhancement and image segmentation.Third, the system that analysis the kinematics and kinetics of mechanisms based on machine vision will use the method of using Election Algorithm to optimize the the adaptive image enhancement and image segmentation as its image pre-processing, and is designed.It will provide exact measurements of the kinematics and kinetics of mechanisms. It is programming on the Window XP platform with programme tool of Visual C++ 6.0.In order to validate all algorithms and the system above, the experiments are performed. The experiment shows that the system meets the needs of this thesis.At last, the author's ideas and advices to extend study are given.
