The emergence and development of human cities complements the evolution of rivers,both restricting each other and affecting each other.In order to facili tate the transformation of the river by human beings,it will have a great impa ct on the flow pattern of the river,so that the river surface changes greatly w hen the flooding occurs.In the process of river management,the calculation re sults of the river surface line directly affect the scale of the river treatment pr oject.When calculating the surface line,the calculation result is low,which wi ll lead to low governance standards.When flood or other problems are encoun tered,the governance project will not have its due role;if the calculation resul t is too high,it will lead to the standard of governance construction engineerin g.High,so not only the workload increases,but also the manpower and mater ial resources required.Therefore,the study of water surface calculation in the management of small and medium rivers is particularly important.This paper takes the Liangting River Basin of Susong County as the researc h area,focuses on the design of the flood process and the method of estimatin g the water surface line,and based on the calculated results,proposes governa nce opinions on the problems existing in the Liangting River Basin.The main contents of the study include three methods to compare and analyze the design flood process in the study area,and discuss the genetic characteristics of the storm flood and the top support effect of the lake flood on the study area.Ac cording to field investigation and research,the convergence time of the Liangti ng River Basin is short,the flood is fierce,the flood peak flow is large,and the lower section of the study area is low-lying.When it is attacked by the u pstream flood,it is also affected by the flooding of the lake.There is a lack of hydrogeology in the study area.It is difficult to calculate the water surface line by using the traditional formula.However,the water level of the downstre am lake and the flood data of the study area can be checked by the hydrologi cal station.This paper uses HEC-RAS to calculate the water surface of the stu dy area.In the two scenarios,one is to use the water level in the research are a for 10 years,and the water level in the 10 years of the corresponding water level in the research area.The five-year flood encounters the water surface li ne of the highest water level in the lake in 10 years.In the study area,the fl ood occurred in the first 10 years of the flood season.The five-year high-wate r line outsourcing research area of the lake was hit by the flood in the past 10 years.In this paper,the model software is used to calculate the surface line for these two scenarios.There are two primary tributaries in the river in the st udy area.Firstly,the measured basic geometric data is input into the model to simulate the basic shape of the river.Then,based on the input of the boundar y condition data according to the two scenarios,the method from the downstre am to the upstream is used to simulate the two scenarios.The surface of the water line.For these two cases,comparative analysis,considering the safety an d the role of the water level in the lake,the second method is used to calcula te the results,and according to the calculation results,the planning governance opinions are given to the problems in the research area.The research shows th at the calculation results of the water level line are efficient and accurate,and the output results are various in form,and there is a water level corresponding to each section.Based on this,it brings great convenience to engineering desi gn.
