The urban area is the most important place for residents to work and live,it is also the place with the largest energy consumption.With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,urban buildings cost more and more energy,so rational energy planning,improving energy efficiency and improving Energy structure,optimizing resource allocation,and improving urban environment are particularly important.Through comprehensive planning for urban power supply,gas supply,heating,municipal energy,etc.,the primary energy consumption of the urban area is minimized,which is mainly considered from two perspectives: on the one hand,we can alternative energy sources such as solar energy,shallow geothermal energy,on the other hand,improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy,thereby we can achieve the purpose of saving resources,protecting the environment,and sustainable development.Based on the development history,theoretical research and engineering practice of eco-city green energy planning,this paper analyzes and summarizes the concepts,technical principles and characteristics of green energy planning,and then puts forward the operation method of eco-city green energy planning.Firstly,Constructing the basic framework of eco-city green energy planning,which can provide theoretical guidance for the concrete operating of eco-city green energy planning.Secondly,this paper chooses Wuhan Linkong Eco-City Green Energy Planning Project as the research object.Getting the basic general situation of the urban area,land use planning and target setting through investigation and data analysis,combining the available conventional energy and renewable resources in the eco-city area.We can obtain the preliminary green energy planning plan.And then,obtaining the final implementation plan through calculating and analyzing the use scale and service area of each system.At last,evaluating the plan comprehensively in three aspects: sexuality,environmental impact,and economics.The analysis results show that after the green energy planning,the energy consumption of the eco-city project can be reduced by 23.87% and the CO2 emission can be reduced by 26.88%.After 8 years,the additional cost can be recycled,according to the current market energy price of Wuhan.Hoping the theoretical research and engineering case analysis of this paper can be used as a reference for the other eco-city green energy planning in China.
