| The comprehensive evaluation of the power planning scheme is the most important to ensure the sustainable development of the power system.Most of the renewable energy such as wind and light have volatility and instability.With the increasing of its access proportion,various problems brought by renewable energy put forward more severe requirements for the power planning scheme.The utilization rate of renewable energy,the stability,economy and environmental protection of power system are all issues that must be considered.Based on the above problems,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of power planning scheme with renewable energy,and the specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,considering the impact of renewable energy access on all aspects of power planning scheme,a comprehensive initial indicator system of power planning scheme containing renewable energy generation capacity,stability,economy,and environmental protection 4 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators is established.Secondly,considering the possible overlapping and strong correlation between indicators and the possible unreasonable classification of the initial indicator system,this paper puts forward an indicator processing method based on the gray correlation theory,evidence theory and Schmidt orthogonalization,and establishes the final comprehensive evaluation system by processing the existing problems of the indicator system.Thirdly,considering that a single subjective or objective weight may cause unnecessary interference to the static comprehensive evaluation,a combined weight calculation method based on AHP and entropy weight method is proposed,and the variance proportion coefficient is proposed to integrate the subjective and objective weights.The feasibility and correctness of the static comprehensive evaluation based on the combined weight set are verified by a simulation example.Finally,considering the time factor,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of power planning scheme with renewable energy,and a second weighting method based on combined weight set and time sequence optimization is proposed to dynamically evaluate the planning scheme,fully considering the development level of each stage of planning,with timeliness,and the evaluation results are closer to reality.The rationality and validity of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation are verified by a simulation example. |
