Research On Historic Building Protection Listing And Archive Grading Evaluation

Historic buildings are the carrier and continuation of urban history and culture.Since the founding of New China,China’s protection of historic buildings has been carried out from a top-down designation system.With the changes of the times and economic and social development,the value of more and more historic buildings has been discovered and recognized by society.At the same time,the limitations of the current system have become increasingly prominent,and the voice from the academia about the introduction of foreign cultural relics listing systems is getting higher and higher.This thesis compares the foreign cultural relics listing system with the current domestic system,demonstrates the advantages of the listing system and the necessity of its implementation in China,and proposes the establishment of a "designation + listing" system with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of analysing the relationship between the current system and the new system,the scope of historic building lising is clearly defined.The specific listing methods and evaluation criteria are proposed.Establishing historic building archives is an important part of listing system.This thesis puts forward the viewpoint of four-level grading of historic building archives and gives detailed explanations on the applicability and content of archives at all levels.On this basis,the historic building archives grading and listing process are innovatively combined to construct a historic building archive grading establishment procedure.The index system is established from the three perspectives of building value,building safety,and archives requirements.AHP is used to determine the index weight.A simple and easy method for grading evaluation of registered building archives was formed.In the empirical part,a historic building listing evaluation and a grading evaluation of historic building archives were carried out for a building in the Swedish parish of Tanhualin historic district.The conclusion of the listing evaluation is that “this building has outstanding historic and cultural values.It is an important part of the Tanhualin historic district.Consequently,it should be listed as a listed building”.The conclusion of the archives grading evaluation is that “The building value is outstanding,the building body is relatively safe,the relevant archives are insufficient and there is an urgent need of archives.Consequently,a three-level analytical achive should be established”...
