Corporate offices are beginning to tend to be automated by using modern computerized technology to replace traditional hand-handled patterns.Office automation system makes the enterprise efficient develops more rapidly,scientifically.Enterprise Office Automation(EOA)is a mode combining network communication technology with Enterprise Office Automation platform.Through communication network and office automation system to deal with daily office business,can not only optimize the original organizational structure,improve work efficiency and achieve collaborative office within the unit,but also achieve the consistency and consistency of enterprise decision-making.This paper summarizes the development and current situation of the enterprise office automation technology.Taking ShuoHuang railway company as an example,combined with the current situation of the company's daily office and the staff's computer technology level,a set of office automation system development scheme based on Lotus Domino/Notes platform suitable for the company was proposed,and part of the scheme was completed: the design of the Domino database,the setting up of document management subsystem and personal affairs subsystem.On this basis,it realizes the defined work flow,template nesting,modification trace retention and other functions,thus the paperless office automation is realized.The whole system is based on B/S structure,RSA digital signature algorithm is used for encryption,to ensure the security and reliability of the document;The results of module test and system integration test show that the system is stable and practical.This paper is a beneficial exploration and attempt to improve the level of enterprise informatization,which has certain practical value.
