| At present,the BIM models of high-speed railway bridges in China are mostly rebuilt by foreign software platforms such as Revit and CATIA,resulting in a low reusability of the bridge models and a lot of repetitive work.Developing parametric modeling plugins based on the above software can reduce the workload of modeling to a certain degree.But it is difficult to promote the plugins due to the limitation of commercial software.Therefore,it is imminent to research the autonomous modeling software in line with the actual construction of high-speed railway bridges in China.The paper combines actual engineering project,mainly solves two issues: the first one is the parametric modeling of high-speed rail bridge components,and the second one is the expression of engineering information based on 3D models.The research work completed includes:(1)Taking the basic components of common high-speed railway bridge(including beam and pier)as the research object,the basic models of some components are abstracted according to their cross-section type,and the parametric design method based on complete constraints is given through design examples,which makes full preparations for the development of parametric modeling tools and the construction of bridge foundation model library.(2)Based on the research and analysis of the architecture,class library,data structure,visualization and data interaction technology of Open CasCade,parametric modeling and simulation tool for high-speed railway bridges was built.Models of bridge components can be created by several parameters.Using API of Open CasCade,a set of modeling tools were developed.Files like STEP and IGES format are well supported in this tool,which expands the range of data interaction of the system.Finally,referring to Revit software,the modeling tool is analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of model quality,modeling process,data interaction and so on.The usability and easy-using of the tool are verified.(3)Using the modeling tool developed in this paper,the bridge model of engineering project was constructed.Connecting the bridge model with the construction organization and linear monitoring data in the simulation environment,visualization application of bridge construction simulation and alignment monitoring were realized,which providing a variety of expressions for monitoring data and playing a certain auxiliary role in bridge construction control. |
