Hengshan Station is an intermediate station of the newly built Jingshen Railway.The subgrade with a length of 5 km in the station yard and its front and rear sections is dominated by deep cutting.The maximum cutting depth is 50 m,the maximum slope height is 58 m,and the excavation volume is up to 5 million m3.This paper relies on this subgrade engineering and has mainly done the following work.(1)Through the application of finite element software ANSYS to simulate the slope construction process,the stress and displacement of the slope during the construction were analyzed.Based on this,corresponding suggestions were put forward to ensure the slope stability in actual construction.(2)The numerical analysis method was used to obtain the vibration response law of soil-rock composite slope under blasting load.The safety factor of slope under blasting load was calculated through the pseudo-static method,and the feasibility of preliminary design blasting scheme was verified.In addition,the safe vibration speed of the slope was obtained by calculating the safety factors of the slope under different vibration strengths,,which provided reference for the blasting construction of the project.(3)The earthwork project is divided into different construction spots and construction stages.Optimization of earthwork construction equipments configuration is made by introducing a test index—utilization rate,based on demand-supply balance quantity optimation and best main-auxiliary machines matching during different stages on different construction spots.Overall optimization of multi-spot earthwork loading and shipping equipments configuration was realized by repeated cycle optimization.A set of economical and feasible shipping machinery allocation scheme for the support project was optimized.
