In this paper, charge calculating formulas and their relations of cutting chamber loose blasting are firstly analyzed with the theories of dimension, fluid dynamics. explosive dynamics, etc and the significance of the explosive factor in it is pointed out . Calculating methods of the explosive factor are researched by law of conservation of energy, and then a new one is brought forward which proves to be rational and reliable by a sample. By means of the statistical software, spss10.0, characteristics and blasting effects of the typical charges in chamber blasting are statistically analyzed and rational charge forms in cutting chamber loose blasting are confirmed . According to the fluctuant theory ,it is deduced that the effect of shock absorption is very obvious when deferred time equals to nT/m. Non-uniformity of the amplifying effect and dimension of the slope are pointed out through analysis of the distribution of the stress and sonic speed in the slope. Forms of slope lost stability resulted from blasting vibration are analyzed and appraising rules of slope stability are summarized by a great deal instances on coasts. Based on general discussion about calculation methods of the slope stability under the effect of blasting vibration, the synthetical method, a new one, is put forward ,analyzed through a sample by and pointed out which is one of most valid methods. The conclusion of the research and calculation meets the engineering case well .It brings some active effects for the research of the mechanics and effect on the slope stability under blasting vibration as well as the application of chamber loose and controlled blasting. It also provides some theoretical basis for the design of the blasting and the application of the subgrade constructional specification .
