With the development of national economy and environmental deterioration,the development of new energy has become an urgent need.As a new type of energy,solar energy is rich in resources and pollution-free.In the heating areas of north China,the central heating mode is mainly adopted in cities,while the decentralized self-heating mode using coal,natural gas and other fuels is mostly adopted in rural areas,which is not only bad for air pollution but also bad for economy.Using solar collectors to convert solar energy into heat energy is both environmentally friendly and economical.In this paper,the performance of solar microchannel collector is studied and optimized.Firstly,the mathematical and physical model of the device was established,and then FLUENT software was used to conduct numerical research on the device,including the influence of inlet cross-section area,medium inlet velocity,environmental temperature and tilt angle on the device performance.The results show that when the inlet section area is 1 mm×1 mm,the outlet temperature is too high and the instantaneous efficiency is low.By comparing the performance of the four inlet cross-sections,it can be seen that the instantaneous efficiency of the collector increases from 50% to 90%,especially when the cross-section area is 3 mm×9 mm.;by comparing the influence of inlet air velocity on device performance,it can be seen that at low speed,the heat loss is large,and when the flow rate is 2.0 m/s,the device performance is better;the instantaneous efficiency decreases with the increase of the ambient temperature.Through the study found that when the device installation angle 60°instantaneous efficiency is highest.Through the application research of the solar energy micro-channel collector device in the building,it can be seen that the device has better energy saving effect and shorter payback period.By discussing the use of gas or electricity as auxiliary energy,it can be known that the recovery time of solar-electric assisted heating is lower than that of solar-gas assisted heating,so it is more conducive to energy saving and environmental protection.
