Perovskite solar cells(PSC)has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and high photoelectric conversion efficiency,which are of great significance to improve the status of environmental pollution and energy shortage.This paper focuses on two aspects:the optimal design of the preparation process of perovskite layer and the application of new flexible substrate materials.The details are as follows:First,the addition of cesium iodide(CsI)into the lead iodide(PbI2)solution promotes the formation of complex PbI2(DMSO),adjusted the morphology of the PbI2 film,and makes the perovskite have a larger grain size and better crystallinity.The perovskite film is more uniform and dense.The improvement of the perovskite film quality effectively reduces the defect state density of perovskite devices,which significantly inhibits carrier recombination and improves carrier life,effectively improving device performance,making photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of the battery is increased to 20.11%with negligible hysteresis.Secondly,flexible perovskite solar cells were successfully prepared by using mica as the substrate material of perovskite solar cells,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)was as high as 18.0%.Through the bending experiment on the mica battery device,it was found that the photoelectric conversion efficiency remained above 90%of the initial value after the battery was bent for 64h with bending radius of 40 mm,20 mm,10 mm and 5 mm.Through the bending fatigue experiment on the battery device,it is found that the photoelectric conversion efficiency remains above 90%of the initial value,after the battery has been bent for5000 times with bending radius of 40 mm,20 mm,10 mm and 5 mm.The negligible attenuation of the photoelectric properties in the two bending tests indicates that the mica substrate perovskite solar cells have excellent mechanical stability.
