With the development of building industrialization,BIM technology has been fully integrated into the whole life cycle of the whole building,exerting a huge impact on architectural design,engineering construction,operation and maintenance,etc.At the same time,the prefabricated building model has been greatly promoted in recent years,and under the promotion of relevant national policies,it has gradually become the next focus of the modern construction industry.Therefore,BIM technology is introduced into the field of prefabricated buildings to realize the integration of the whole life cycle information model of prefabricated components.At the same time,designers,production sites,construction units and other departments can work together through the information platform provided by BIM,greatly improving the construction efficiency of construction projects.Since there is no 3d parametric modeling system and production management system specializing in prefabricated components at present,in order to improve the production efficiency of prefabricated components,save resources and reduce costs,this paper proposes the implementation method of the feature modeling system for prefabricated components.Based on the research on the design,production,construction and operation process of prefabricated components,the functional requirements of parametric modeling and production management system are analyzed,and the system is divided into different functional modules by the concept of modularity.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the significance of studying BIM technology,and introduces the development and application of BIM technology in construction engineering at home and abroad in detail.(2)The concept of feature is applied to prefabricated building components,the design information and management information of prefabricated components are extracted,the feature information model is expressed in layers,and the feature coding system is established to realize feature modeling.(3)Combined with the actual production and construction process of prefabricated building,the parametric modeling of prefabricated components and the functions to be realized by the production management system are designed and planned,and the key technology to realize the system--the design of data structure is studied.The data structure of BIM model information is the basis of information sharing and transmission.In view of the hierarchical expression of characteristic information,the BIM model information data structure in this paper is intended to adopt the binary tree structure.(4)Realize parameterized modeling of prefabricated components,conduct secondary development of 3d control EWdraw,build 3d model of prefabricated components by borrowing solid graphics of control,embed the correlation among parameters,and realize the design goal of changing main parameters to generate corresponding parameter model.(5)The geometric parameter database of prefabricated components is established on Access system to realize the storage of geometric information of prefabricated components.
