Continuous beams stiffened by curved steel truss are new bridge type which developed with the force characteristics of steel truss based on continuous beams.Based on the background of continuous beam stiffened by curved steel truss with the span of(45+75+172+75+45)m,this paper studies the combination of BIM technology and construction monitoring technology of continuous beams stiffened by curved steel.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Simulation analysis of construction monitoringIn the project of the background bridge,we expound the project overview and formulate the construction monitoring content.By using Midas/Civil 2015 software,the finite element model is established to simulate and analyze the deformation and stress under different construction conditions,and the deflection and stress information under different construction conditions are extracted.The calculation results show that the theoretical calculation value is in agreement with the design value of the design institute and meets the requirements of the standard.(2)Establishment of Construction Monitoring Management ModuleAutodesk Revit software is chosen as the entry to combine bridge construction monitoring with BIM technology.The functional requirements of the construction monitoring management module are formulated,and the design ideas are drawn up.With the development environment of Visual Studio 2010,the Autodesk Revit 2016 BIM software is redeveloped to build a BIM-based construction monitoring management module,by using Access 2010 database and C# language.A four-tier architecture consisting of data acquisition layer,data access layer,function logic layer and presentation layer is developed,and the implementation process between the architectures is determined.According to the functional division,the construction monitoring management module is made up of 10 sub-modules,such as engineering overview,monitoring principle,monitoring method,monitoring content,monitoring stress analysis,monitoring deformation analysis and construction control.Construction monitoring management module enriches the original function of Revit software and realizes the informatization management of bridge construction monitoring process.(3)BIM Informatization Modeling and practical application of modulesFull bridge BIM model are built by Autodesk Revit software,as a carrier for construction monitoring information integration.Three-dimensional stress sensor model are built by Autodesk Revit software,as a medium for realizing the correlation between monitoring data and monitoring points.The core sub-module function of construction monitoring management module is applied in engineering background bridges to realize the display,comparative analysis and early warning of measured stress and theoretical stress,between measured elevation and theoretical elevation of main girder and steel truss.The measured results show that the difference between the measured and theoretical values of the normal stress of the main girder and steel truss is relatively small,and the difference between the measured and theoretical elevations of the beam and steel truss is relatively small.The maximum difference between the theoretical elevation of the main girder and the completed elevation is 14 mm,and the maximum difference between the theoretical elevation and the measured elevation of the steel truss is 10 mm,which are within the allowable range of the standard.
