At present,the domestic asphalt pavement is mostly paved with hot mix asphalt mixture,its application effect is obvious to all,but its existing technical defects,has also attracted the attention of scientific and technological workers in various countries.Hot asphalt mixture in the production process,will not only consume a lot of energy,but also produce a lot of harmful gas,seriously endanger the health of the construction personnel,at the same time,too high temperature will accelerate the aging of asphalt,affect the road performance of asphalt mixture.Based on this situation,there is a Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA)without affecting the pavement performance of the mixture.In this paper,the technology of foam warm mix asphalt mixture is studied,which combines the advantages of hot mix asphalt technology and hot regeneration asphalt mixture technology,and achieves the goal of energy saving,emission reduction and air pollution reduction.This article through the laboratory experiment,has carried on several aspects discussion.Firstly,the raw materials used in the research were tested.The RAP materials were tested for extraction and screening,and the old asphalt was recovered.The performance index of the old asphalt was tested to determine its aging degree.Secondly,for the new asphalt by the test of foam foaming machine equipment,determine the appropriate foaming process parameters,use the Marshall mix design method,based on the different batch mold temperature under the condition of physical volume parameters of Marshall specimen,comprehensive analysis of the mixing compaction temperature on water foaming temperature mixing effect the performance of recycled asphalt mixture volume.Then according to the current technical specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement corresponding requirements,30%,40%,and 50% three different RAP content for temperature water foaming mix mix proportion design of recycled asphalt mixture of target,identify bubble under three different RAP content temperature mixing on the optimum proportion of recycled asphalt mixture,the last of three different RAP content of recycled asphalt mixture under the road with the performance of detection,through the experimental results show that under the condition of the RAP content is not higher than 50%,high temperature performance and low temperature increased with the increase of dosage of RAP performance increase,water stability performance is reduced accordingly,However,all of them can meet the requirements of current specifications.
