| In this paper,the identification and distribution characteristics of steel corrosion in concrete structures are taken as the research topic.On the basis of reviewing the existing literature results,the series of tests and data analysis of bulk corroded steel bars and corroded reinforced concrete specimens are used to explore the macro and local parts of steel bars.Identification method and statistical characteristics of rust state characterization.The main work and results are as follows:(1)The applicability and effectiveness of various steel bar appearance morphological characterization and geometric parameter test methods are compared and analyzed.The improvement scheme of traditional drainage method is proposed.The results show that the caliper method can accurately test the geometric parameters of the uncorroded steel bar section;the drainage method can be used to test the residual cross-sectional area of the corroded steel bar and its axial distribution;and the geometrical parameters of the corroded steel bar section can be obtained by 3D scanning,which has more Significant applicability and effectiveness.(2)Weighing method is a fast and effective method to obtain the macroscopic quality corrosion rate of corroded steel bars.The target corrosion rate set by Faraday’s law accelerates the steel bars in the corroded concrete,and the mass corrosion rate of the obtained batch of corroded steel bars is highly variable,and the mean value is smaller than the target corrosion rate.(3)Based on the test results of 3D scanning technology,the quantitative relationship between the cross-sectional area of corroded steel bar and its pitting depth and minimum moment of inertia is analyzed,which shows that there are significant geometric parameters between the cross-section of the corroded steel bar.Statistical relevance.(4)A structural vibration frequency test scheme based on the combination of music excitation and laser pickup is proposed.The results show that compared with the traditional environmental action and the hammering method,the music excitation can obtain the higher-order natural frequency of the structure,and the excitation efficiency is high.Themusic excitation and laser pick-up combination scheme can achieve structural vibration without contact.The frequency is especially suitable for testing the frequency of corroded reinforced concrete structures.(5)The statistical relationship between the vibration frequency difference between concrete and corroded steel bars and the corrosion rate of steel bars was established.It shows the feasibility of qualitatively and quantitatively identifying the corrosion state of concrete in the concrete based on structural frequency changes. |
