This paper analyzes the shape and structure of the wheel rim of a brand SUV from the perspective of technical aesthetics and individualized design.Seeking the harmonization and harmonization of the rim shape aesthetics,shape design and structural design,and ensuring the reliability of the structure while aesthetics,the following research was carried out:First,design theory research is carried out.Study the basic principles of technical aesthetics design principles and individualized design and apply them to the design of automotive wheel rims.The goal is to find ways to increase the personality of the wheel and increase market competitiveness.Then proceed with the design method study.Research on the design method of automobile wheels,explore the influence of technical aesthetics and individual design on the rim shape design and meet the emotional needs of consumers.The finite element technology is introduced into the rim structure design process,and the wheel structure is analyzed to ensure its structural reliability.Finally,the practice of rim design.Taking the user's needs of a certain brand SUV wheel as the design input,using the technical aesthetics principle and the individual design principle to determine the shape(especially the spoke shape)of the car rim,and then use CAD/CAE software for structural design.The reliability of the wheel structure was analyzed by Nastran software.The rigid strength analysis of the bending condition was carried out,and the risk points of the rim structure were found to be rationally optimized to provide engineering guidance for the rim shape design.Innovative conclusions:(1)From the perspective of technical aesthetics,the development and application of new technologies have a very large impact on the design of automobile rims.(2)From the perspective of personalized design,the wheel of personalized design can meet the needs of users and improve their competitiveness in similar products.(3)Introducing the finite element technology into the rim structure design process can improve the design efficiency and ensure the reliability of the wheel structure.At the same time,it is also conducive to the lightweight design of the rim.
