In recent years,micro-combustion enginepower generation technology has developed rapidly and continuously improved,and has become an important part of distributed power supply.Therefore,it is of great significance for the independent innovation and research and development of micro-combustion engine power generation technology.Firstly,based on the micro-combustion engine power generation system,the basic theory and mathematical model of the start-up and power generation control of engine power generation system are analyzed.so,two parts of the design are mainly studied.Starting part: The speed control of PMSM determines whether the system can be successfully ignited.The vector control is used to adjust the speed of PMSM.The advantage is that the speed control can be performed finely and the control performance is greatly improved.At the same time,using the model reference adaptive theory(MRAS)speed sensorless control instead of sensor control,a PMSM vector control system with MRAS as the control strategy is designed.Power generation part: The micro-combustion engine power generation system emits three-phase high-frequency power of 1000~4000Hz,which is converted into 50 Hz household AC power.The voltage type PWM converter is used instead of the diode converter to realize the rectification of high power factor and sinusoidal current,and the bidirectional flow of energy can be realized.The rectification part adopts a double closed loop control strategy,and the current control is combined with hysteresis control and space vector control.It can achieve high dynamic current response and stabilize the DC side voltage.The inverter part adopts voltage and current double closed-loop control to obtain good dynamic response capability,and a dual PWM converter control system is designed.Secondly,the simulation model of the starting and power generation system was established with MATLAB/Simulink.The result is: the ignition speed requirement of the micro-combustion engine can be quickly reached at the time of starting,the fluctuation is small,and the power output of the 380 V can be stably outputted during the power generation operation,and the sensible load can be quickly stabilized at around 380 V.Finally,based on the TMS320F2812 controller,the dual PWM conversion system was designed from both hardware and software.
