As the industrial development of permanent magnetic materials, the urgent of high speed microprocessors and the need of energy conservation and emission reduction in electrical transmission systems, research on the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was widespread concern, position sensor less technique has become a hot spot in the field of this one.Taking three-phase sine wave PMSM as the research object, by TI company's TMS320F2812 digital signal processor (DSP) specialized in motor control type as core chip, based on the model reference adaptive method (MRAS), This paper designs position sensor less of PMSM vector control system.Through the Literature Searching, this paper first understand the situation of the control of position sensor less PMSM, some strategy are discussed; Then, based on the analysis of PMSM mathematical model, study PMSM vector control theory further, this paper expounds the basic principle of MRAS method, and based on it,discuss the vector control solution of PMSM, make the vector control system diagram;Then, in use of SIMULINK MATLAB7.0, the paper build the system of simulation model of motor speed change , start-up and make the simulation experiment and data analysis;Take TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, build the hardware platform, including design peripheral auxiliary circuit related;Finally, in use of the CCS3.3 system software development environment, this paper has conducted the preliminary design about program, introduced the flow diagram of the system initialized, interrupt service procedure and the whole system.
