Research On Implementation Assessment Of Community Regeneration Under The Guidance Of Cultural Renaissance

In recent years,cultural development has been valued a lot in China.In the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"Cultural Renaissance" had been proposed as one of the important contents and goals of "Chinese Dream".In the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party,the importance of improving cultural self-confidence and promoting the prosperity of socialist culture had been raised.Cultural Renaissance has become an important part of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as a new goal of urban regeneration.As the part of urban culture and carrier of urban culture,urban community has become the main renewal unit.How to realize community cultural renaissance through community renewal has gradually become a hot research topic in recent years.However,at present,due to the lack of the cognitive system of cultural values and the evaluation system of renewal implementation,it is difficult to determine the effect of community renewal implementation for the purpose of "cultural renaissance".In 2010,Jialingqiaoxicun community has been chosen as an important pilot project of "Chongqing Yuzhong District Residential Community Renewal Research".In this renewal project,the community used "cultural renaissance" community renewal strategy for the first time.It has been 8 years since the project was completed.To judge the has the renewal strategy of that year got good results,improve the community cultural renaissance? It is necessary for us to examine and evaluate the effect of current renewal from the perspective of current cultural renaissance.Therefore,this paper aims to construct a comprehensive community culture value cognition method and renewal implementation evaluation system.By evaluating and analyzing the implementation effect of community renewal from the cultural perspective,improve the relevant renewal strategies.The key issue of this paper is: Regard community as a spatial culture unit,How the community renewal will affect it? The article will respond the question from three aspects: what it affects,how to evaluate the affects,and how it affects it.Firstly,by constructing the community renewal goal system under the cultural renaissance orientation,the paper answers the question of which elements of the community renewal will affect the community space culture.Secondly,building indicator system,constructing a complete community renewal implementation evaluation system,answer question of how to evaluate the affect of community space culture bring by community renewal.Finally,through the empirical research on Jialingqiaoxicun community,the feasibility of the evaluation system was verified,and the evaluation results of Jialingqiaoxicun community were analyzed to answer the question of how community renewal affects community space culture.The research advances from the above three aspects,and finally settles in practice,which reflects the whole process analysis from the spatial cultural value cognition—the spatial cultural value evaluation—the evaluation result feedback.Finally,the study draws the following conclusions: Cultural renaissance is the goal of community renewal,and community renewal is an important way to achieve cultural renaissance.This requires us to get in cultural dimensions when we think about community renewal.Making community renewal strategy legitimately after thinking about the cultural significance of space.To realize the renaissance of community culture,there are some points below: First,we must understand the cultural value of the community with a holistic perspective.Community culture is the result of the interaction of three cultural elements: space,activity and people.Cultural renaissance must be a comprehensive renaissance of the three types of elements.Second,we must cultivating the resident power.The power is rooted in the culture while promotes the continuous prosperity of the culture.It is an important force to promote the community to get rid of the “blood transfusion”to“hematopoietic”.Third,in order to ensure the realization of the cultural renaissance of the community,it is necessary to establish a community renewal implementation evaluation system under the cultural renaissance orientation,and appropriately measure the cultural value.The blurry assessment may difficult to give a result accurately,it aims to ensure that the community does not deviate from the trend of cultural renaissance and can help to dynamically adjusts the renewal strategy when problems are discovered.Fourth,the revival of community culture also propose new requirements for planners.Planners should change their role from the leader to the service provider,be good at using refined and localized updating methods,and strengthen interdisciplinary integration and cooperation.The paper consists of 5 parts,6 chapters:The first part is the first chapter.Propose research questions by combing the research background and research progress at home and abroad.It also expounds the purpose and significance of the research,as well as research methods and content.The second part include the second chapter.It reviews the relevant literature on the evaluation of the implementation of community renewal.Conclude the existing work from the evaluation dimension,evaluation indicators,evaluation methods and results feedback those four aspects.It also focuses on the construction of cultural indicators,which lay the foundation for the evaluation system construction next.The third part,including the third and the fourth chapter,which are the core part of the paper.Firstly,in chapter 3,the community renewal effect and the cultural renaissance are matched,and the community renewal target system under the cultural renaissance orientation is constructed.On this basis,in chapter 4,a community renewal implementation evaluation system can be established.The fourth part,include the fifth chapter.The author selects the Jialingqiaoxicun community in Chongqing as the evaluation object to analyze the evaluation results and then propose some advice for better renewal strategy.The fifth part,include the sixth chapter.This part summarizes and extends the research content,and proposes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper and the future deepening suggestions.All in all,this paper discusses the rationality of the community renewal strategy from a cultural perspective,and constructs a community renewal implementation evaluation system under the cultural renaissance orientation.It is of great significance to improve the existing community renewal implementation evaluation system,promote the community renewal strategy aiming at cultural renaissance,which is helpful to improve cultural renaissance better.
