As a major automobile manufacturing and sales country in the world,with the improvement of the foreign investment law and the optimization of the domestic business environment,more and more automobile manufacturing related enterprises will enter the domestic market with new identities,and competition in the industry will be further Intensified.What is more,the environment of the enterprise market keeps changing all the time,and the tendency of customer's needs are getting increasingly personalized.In order to maintain strong competition,automobile manufacturers must innovate the traditional production methods that rely on inventory,to form the order-driven production methods of BTO,which put customers in the center,in order to quickly respond to customer's needs.This paper analyzes the characteristics of automobile supply chain under BTO mode,and studies the classification management and quantity decision of auto parts suppliers from three dimensions: supply chain response capability,supply chain stability and supply chain response cost.Based on the relevant theories,the supplier classification model and the quantity decision model are constructed.By use of the algorithm,the optimal supplier quantity decision under the classification condition is obtained.Firstly,This paper analyzes the characteristics of the auto parts supply chain under the BTO mode,considers the possible factors of quick response in the auto parts supply chain,At the same time,the necessity of this research is described in combination with the relevant characteristics of the supply chain.Secondly,through the study of the existing literature,combined with the practical cognition of the research on the OTD subject,the double-layer evaluation index system of the auto parts suppliers was established,and the comprehensive evaluation of the parts suppliers was carried out by using the entropy weight method theory.Supplier rating model.Then,Taking account of the risk factors,the optimal quantity of suppliers and the decision model of order allocation under the condition of satisfying certain constraints and minimum total procurement cost are established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the decision model on MATLAB platform.Optimal supplier quantity decision and order allocation under the condition of minimum purchase cost.Finally,combined with the case analysis,the validity of the decision model and the feasibility of the algorithm are verified.By analyzing the classification and decision model in the enterprise case,it provides a valuable reference for the selection decision research and supplier management process of the auto parts suppliers.
