"Made in China 2025" takes "Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering" as one of the five major projects,and clarifies the importance of enterprise informationization and the necessity of building digital workshops.The implementation of the digital workshop for the industry of marine diesel engines is an important part of improving the cost performance and competitiveness of China's shipping companies.The research on the process model is the entry point of intelligent manufacturing.It establishes a process route model based on the relationship between processes,and forms various factors involved in the formation of enterprise digital workshops,optimizes the scheduling of production,effectively tracks and controls production,and enhances processing.The binding and controllability of the process is crucial.In the research and application of the process route model,enterprise still has considerable limitations in its application.Mainly in the following aspects,first,the method is still relatively traditional,the enterprise demand is not clear enough;second,the process information is in the process of transmission,normative,accurate and timely,it is difficult to guarantee;third,the depth of practical application in the ship industry research not enough.Therefore,this paper proposes a process model framework for the marine diesel engine heavy parts industry,taking the actual product of the enterprise as an example,in-depth study of the process route model for the process plan and the matching of the manufacturing unit capabilities,adding examples for the model framework,and Summarize a set of corporate implementation strategies.Designed and developed a integration model system for marine diesel engine heavy parts industry to meet the different needs of different enterprises for process design and optimization,and then promote the realization of intelligent manufacturing in enterprises.First of all,we tried to understand the needs of cooperative enterprises in process design and process optimization,to build the model framework and process of the process route,to establish the process information system from the perspective of data priority,and to standardize the common process solutions.The case library for subsequent calls.Secondly,the manufacturing unit capability matching evaluation is performed.Clearly match the framework and criteria of the model,select the first-level capability index according to the enterprise's needs,tick the second-level matching index,calculate the weight coefficient by the combination weighting method of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weighting method,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to process the process.The model is comprehensively scored,and the results of the scores are used to explain the technical and economic advantages of the same process in the two schemes,and the optimization scheme is proposed to be stored in the database for later process designers to directly call.Finally,a set of process route integration model system for the marine diesel engine heavy parts industry was designed and developed to realize the data collection and summary management,the construction of the process model,the generation and storage of the overall process plan process route model,and the matching of the manufacturing unit capabilities.Great function.The system has been put into enterprise applications for instance additions and achieved good results.
