There are frequent high-rise fires in China,but the existing lifeboats are designed for mining environment.Therefore,it is necessary to design a kind of refuge device that can provide protection for the trapped personnel in the emergency of high-rise fire,prevent the personnel from being damaged by fire high temperature and toxic smoke,and protect the living conditions of the refugees internally.This paper in view of the existing environmental monitoring problem of the subsystems such as cabin environment monitoring system is mostly passive,semi-automatic is given priority to,can't realize automatic online monitoring,display and record,test parameters is relatively single,small measuring range,applicability is poor,cannot transmit data,foreign does not meet the need of fire rescue capsule environment detection problem;There are only a single type of fire detectors in the fire alarm subsystem of extravehicular environmental monitoring.It only relies on simple thresholds such as monitoring environmental temperature and combustible gas concentration to identify fire,and it is extremely vulnerable to the interference of the surrounding environment,which leads to the problem of high false alarm rate.Therefore,the monitoring system of high-rise fire rescue capsule is designed.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the research and development of high-rise fire rescue capsule and the research status of environmental monitoring system at home and abroad in detail,and expounds the significance of the topic selection.Secondly,it is discussed separately from the three subsystems of the high-rise fire environmental monitoring system,that is,the fire warning subsystem of the external environment monitoring,the internal environment monitoring subsystem and the temperature monitoring subsystem of the cabin.The extravehicular environment monitoring early-warning subsystem main fire on extravehicular environment real-time monitoring,recording,using the neural networks based on virtual instrument technology and reliability as weights based on the data of D-S evidence theory method development process of information fusion,intelligent sensor data fusion to accurate and timely identification of the fire,fire warning functions;Cabin environmental monitoring subsystem chooses al type sensor integrated hardware system to hold including CO,O2,CO2,SO2,H2S,NH3,HCN and NOX,PM2.5 monitoring environment parameters,such as,software development system based on virtual instrument technology,data display,records,data transmission,data management,and other functions,ensuring the cabin staff living environment function;The cabin temperature monitoring subsystem adopts thermocouple sensor,and realizes the monitoring and recording of cabin temperature in case of fire based on virtual instrument technology.The cabin refrigeration system synchronously receives data to control the cabin temperature and ensure that the cabin temperature is within the acceptable range.Finally,all the previous work is summarized and the prospect of the next research is put forward.
