Study On Investment Strategy In Zambia Of Z Buidling Material Company

After experiencing rapid growth,the Chinese economy started to enter a stable development strack.Recently,China determined the strategic positioning of "from High Speed to High Quality".At this stage,the state changed its mode of investment,which was more dependent on investment in the past,to turn to a more scientific and rational development measure.The national building materials industry,especially the cement industry is also facing the transition period of development.Z Building Material Company is a building materials enterprise which based in cement industry and expending the development of upstream and downstream.In line with the implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy and the guidance of the Group company,Z Building Material Company has been exploring the overseas market since2015.It is significantly important to study its investment in Zambia for companies like Z which are seeking for transformation.In this thesis,we analyzed Z Building Material Company 's investment in Zambia to study the relevant issues in the process of overseas investment.The specific research scope mainly includes the internal situation analysis of Z Building Material Company,the environmental analysis of investment target country and the analysis of the implementation process.The paper mainly uses the case study method,to discuss how to choose the investment project,to deal with the problem,and to implement it step by step,as well as to ensure that the investment project can finally achieve the expected goal and realize the internationalization strategy of transformation and development of Z Building Material Company and opening up new market space.The essay is in line with the development trend of today's enterprises and can be used as a template for investment.The content of the research is based on practical experience.However,due to the large amount of information,there are still some shortcomings such as weak data support and insufficient detailed analysis of risk control measures.In this regard,I will further follow-up and summarize in the future work and study,and as the subject of further research.
