The construction of the "sponge city" can not be separated from the water permeable brick building materials of environmental protection type.In recent years,the pace of construction of the "sponge city" is gradually increasing in China.Therefore,the demand for the water permeable brick building materials of environmental protection type is also increasing.However,due to the transformation of many enterprises to ecological environmental protection building materials industry,the competition of environmental friendly water permeable brick market is becoming increasingly fierce.CF company takes the water permeable brick project as the first project.The urgent problems that the company needs to solve at present include how to correctly treat its own strengths and weaknesses in the competitive market environment,how to adapt to the changes in the market environment and how to formulate a scientific and reasonable competition strategy.This thesis takes CF company as the research object,combined with the actual situation of the company,studies whether the development strategy of its water permeable brick project is reasonable and accurate,hopes that,through the research,putting forward strategic objectives that are suitable for the development of the company.This thesis is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which is mainly about the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad and the research idea.The second part is mainly related to relevant concepts and theoretical basis,summarizes the contents of competitive strategy,cost leadership strategy and strategic analysis tools.The third part is the analysis of the external environment of water permeable brick project in CF company,and analyzes the external environment of CF company by the means of PEST and Michael Potter’s Five Forces.The fourth part is mainly the analysis of the internal environment of CF company for its water permeable brick project general situation and product competitiveness.The fifth part,based on the environment analysis,selects the competitive strategy of the CF company’s water permeable brick project,uses the SWOT tool to analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and,with the theory and the reality basis,selects the cost leading strategy.The sixth part designs the implementation plan of cost leadership strategy for CF company’s water permeable brick project in detail.The seventh part is the conclusion and the prospect.This thesis,through the research,considers that the target market of a vast majority of manufacturing enterprises is relatively extensive and consumers generally have low cost preferences,therefore,consumers are in the situation of more rational consumption,so low cost can get advantages in the market competition and the negative influence of market environment deterioration is small.CF company has certain advantages in resources,market and technology,while also facing various challenges and threats.At present,the market competition is mainly the price competition,the company should combine their actual conditions,formulate low cost management strategy that fits the development of the company,enhance the anti risk ability,reduce production costs,increase market share and obtain larger management efficiency.
