In recent years,Building Information Modeling technology has been proposed and developed,which has a major impact on the industry.Most enterprises in China have also begun to explore BIM,and BIM technology has gradually begun to integrate other new technologies,resulting in a new situation of "BIM+".Among them,the BIM cloud platform,which is a combination of “BIM+cloud computing”,is a new technology that is more popular and effective in improving the synergy efficiency and accuracy of construction projects.However,at present,the traditional BIM cloud platform in the industry has a single application function,and only has a model design function or a model management function.The cloud platform capable of simultaneously satisfying the design and management integration application does not exist yet,and the user application cloud platform needs to manage the project.The model sees each other on the platform,which is easy to cause data loss or error,and can not really improve the synergy efficiency.In addition,since the data transmission of the public cloud platform is managed by a third-party organization,data transmission cannot be protected by the internal network security system,and its data security also has a large hidden danger.Based on BIM synergy theory and cloud computing theory,this paper takes the construction engineering design and construction integrated BIM information collaboration as the research object,and combines the current situation of cloud computing and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of cloud platform to design the construction based on BIM private cloud platform.The integrated information coordination system of engineering design and construction describes the research results of the system design of the cloud platform,the implementation scheme based on the cloud platform system and the application scheme.This paper firstly proposes the choice of cloud platform carrier types based on the current status and existing problems of the current application of BIM cloud platform,combined with the two main types of cloud platforms(public and private).Combined with the information transfer manual(IDM),model attempt definition(MVD)research and theanalysis of the status quo of traditional domestic workflows of the BIM pioneer organization Building Smart organization in the United States,the system design scheme of BIM cloud platform is proposed,including the type of participants.,software and hardware functional requirements and multi-party collaborative process performance.Based on the proposed BIM private cloud platform system,the research of the implementation scheme is carried out.The selection and comparison of the cloud platform software and hardware with more applications in the industry are combined with the requirements of the cloud platform system function to determine the hardware and software,and then the cloud server resources are proposed.Storage and extraction solutions.Aiming at the problems in data transmission,the current most popular data transmission formats of 3are compared and analyzed,and the application of ifcXML format as the data delivery format is proposed.Based on the proposed BIM private cloud platform system content,the research on integrated BIM application scheme in the design and construction phase is carried out.The information transmission process of three phases and nine major applications in design and construction coordination was put forward,and the research results of 53 BIM transmission information and the accuracy requirements of each type of model applied in each stage were summarized.Based on the information collaboration framework of the design and construction phase based on the BIM cloud platform,the feasibility and reliability of the framework are verified through an actual project,a commercial complex project in Guangdong Province.The conclusion shows that the combination of cloud computing technology and BIM technology can effectively improve design efficiency and construction accuracy,and at the same time effectively control the progress and cost of engineering project construction.
