Lean manufacturing means “production of the required products when needed,as needed”.Its main purpose is to seek to reduce all "waste" in the production process,applying a set of feasible and effective methods for this purpose.The 10 k V distribution network line is the last journey to the user.It is easy for the power supply customer to complain or even complain because of the long-term power outage of the distribution network.The longer the customer has no electricity available,the easier it is to cause emotional out of control(according to statistics,the power outage time exceeds 4 hours and the complaint rate increases significantly).Therefore,it is very necessary to study how to improve the efficiency of fast re-powering through lean projects.The research goal of this paper is to reduce the 10 k V distribution network fault recovery time by implementing lean projects.The main method of research is to use the DMAIC process analysis and factor comparison analysis of lean projects.The main content of the paper is:1)The project-Define-definition phase begins to study and formulate improvement goals based on technical and management aspects of the power supply bureau's increasingly severe rapid re-power requirements.2)Project-Measure-Find the appearance of the phenomenon,collect relevant indicators of the problem,and lay the foundation for project implementation.3)The project-Analyze-analysis stage analyzes the root cause of the rapid re-powering by studying the representation.The main reason is that the unreasonable segmentation of the line leads to a large range of faults.The failure to input the feeder automation system products leads to a long time to find the faulty section.The repair process and the repair system are not systematic and standardized,resulting in unsatisfactory repair speed.4)In the project-Improve-determination phase,the project team members will brainstorm the relevant measures,and then select the priority implementation of the project from the implementation matrix and the implementation difficulty.5)Project-Control-solid effect stage,analyze the effect of the initiative and the degree of achievement of the goal,and develop the next step to consolidate the effectiveness and promotion goals.The project was summarized and summarized,and the matrix was optimized based on the experimental results and implementation difficulties.The development of rapid re-powering platform,systemization of repair technology,process standardization,technical improvement and transformation personnel optimization and matching job setting are the priority implementation measures for the promotion of this lean project.Finally,the project promotion and further work have been prospected.
