Due to the gradual maturity of science and technology,the problem of stealing electricity is becoming more and more serious.The phenomenon of stealing electricity occurs frequently,which causes very serious economic loss to our country's electric power.According to relevant surveys,China's annual economic losses caused by electricity theft exceed 20 billion yuan.In response to this problem,every power grid enterprise began to take appropriate anti-electricity theft measures to reduce the occurrence of electricity theft,to avoid causing huge economic losses.Therefore,this design mainly focuses on the analysis and research of anti-electricity theft management.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the antipower theft control effect of Shantou Nanao Power supply Bureau is carried out.This paper evaluates and realizes the scientific evaluation of the effect of anti-electricity theft control and helps the South Australia Power supply Bureau in Shantou to analyze and study the problems existing in the process of anti-electricity theft management and sum up the relevant experience so as to improve the level of antielectricity theft management.Because this paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the level of anti-electricity stealing management,the research results of this paper can also provide a certain theoretical basis for other power grid enterpr ises,and have certain research value.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of anti-electricity theft management in most power grid enterprises at home and abroad,and puts forward the significance and value of the research on anti-electricity theft management,and summarizes the existing problems in the current anti-electricity theft management in China.The management level of each electric power enterprise is evaluated.On the basis of this,this paper summarizes current situation of electricity theft,main forms of electricity theft,the evaluation theory of power network anti-theft management,including anti-electricity theft inspection steps,evaluation methods,assessment process and so on.Then put forward the corresponding evaluation index,carry on the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system,and determine the corresponding evaluation process,according to the social,technical,economic and so on.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation index system of anti-electricity theft control is constructed,and all the indexes in the system are introduced in detail.Through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation model of control and control effect is constructed,and the current anti-theft management of Nanao Power supply Bureau in Shantou is analyzed and its control effect is evaluated.The research on the evaluation index of anti-electricity stealing control includes three indexes:sociality,economy and technology.Then through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight value of all the indexes is counted,and the voting result and the weight calculation result are combined by the way of expert voting,and the final evaluation result is calculated by fuzzy evaluation,and the calculation result is analyzed.In view of the problems existing in the current situation of anti-electricity theft management,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.After analyzing and evaluating the current situation of anti-theft management in Nanao Power supply Bureau of Shantou,it is found that the management effect is relatively good,and the management measures adopted can also achieve more satisfactory results.Through the anti-electricity stealing management,the management is reduced.The probability of anti-electricity theft has brought some economic benefits to enterprises and society.
