With the continuous development of technology,wireless power transmission technology with its good user experience by more and more attention,magnetically coupled resonance coil has broad prospects for development in the field of implantable medical,electric cars,and other portable mobile terminal It is the current research focus.But coil design is not mature,there are still many deficiencies,coil skin effect and ohmic resistance is too large and other factors lead to lower transmission efficiency of the system,so the key technology of the coil design for further study.One of the key components of the coil as a wireless power transmission system is of great significance and value engineering study of its structure.First,after the background,the significance and the review of the coil introduction to the subject,describes the basic principles of magnetic coupling resonance wireless power transmission,and expression of a single coil circuit made it clear transmission and multiple transmission coils,coils of the two by analysis model,the working principle of wireless power transmission have a more profound experience,it has laid a solid foundation for the later analysis and research.Secondly,the characteristics of the resonant coil intensive studies,analyzes the structure of several coils,then analyzes the parameter calculation method coil inductors,capacitors and resistors,and finally analysis of the skin effect,the system frequency,quality factor,Effect of the transmission efficiency of the coupling coefficient.When the result can be increased using multi-strand wire closely coiled coil diameter to reduce ohmic losses and increase the coupling coefficient can increase the system transmission efficiency to some extent.Again,the parameters of the resonant coil design,the coil operating frequency is1 MHz,the transmission distance of 10 cm,and using the HFSS simulation software on a single planar spiral coil and a planar spiral coil nested double simulation analysis.The influence of the power frequency,transmission distance,and other factors on the angle between the center axis of the transmission efficiency,for a single planar coil and a short transmission distance and poor orientation,design an efficient controllable resonant coilmagnetically coupled.The coils can be controlled by the design of nested magnetic field distribution,the magnetic field can be concentrated in the transport direction,only the small coil such nested-transfer area,increases the transmission distance further improve the transmission efficiency of the system,to obtain a good experimental the effect of the completion of the design requirements.Finally,the experimental set up internet magnetically coupled resonance type wireless power transmission system,the system is set in the center frequency 1MHz,for the control of the DSP core platform,wound coil kind,final verify the results of the simulation and the actual measurement data.
