| In recent years,the research of magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission technology is deepening,and the development of wireless power transmission technology is extremely rapid.Compared to magnetic induction type wireless power transmission,the distance of electric energy transmission of magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission is farther.At the same time,magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission is more capable of passing through obstacles than microwave and laser type wireless power transmission.And there are a series of advantages,such as relatively small radiation and relatively high security.Therefore,the magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission has great application value in medium distence and medium power wireless transmission.The design of wireless power transmission system with magnetic coupled resonant is selected in this paper.First,the whole structure of the magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission system is analyzed,and a set of magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission system is designed.The system frequency selects the standard international 13.56 MHz.The whole system is composed of power supply,front stage power amplifier,post stage power amplifier,transmitting resonant coil,receiving resonant coil and load.Then the two stage power amplifier is designed according to the circuit topology theory.The analysis and design of the resonant coil antenna are carried out by the mutual inductance theory,coupling theory and the simulation of HFSS software.At the same time,the different characteristics of the resonant coils of a variety of structures are simulated and analyzed.The ADS software is used to simulate the impedance matching of the amplifier circuit and the resonant coil antenna.Finally,the material object of the corresponding power amplifier and the resonant coil antenna is made,and the experimental platform of the 13.56 MHz magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission system is built.Resonant wireless power transmission has been realized.Actual data is measured.The influence of the structure of coil antenna and the distance of coil on the characteristics of wireless power transmission system is analyzed and sumed.Aiming at the problems of large area,short transmission distance and poor orientation of common planar coil,an efficient and controllable helical coil antenna is designed.This design can control the magnetic field distribution of the coil antenna,and make it more distributed in the axial direction,so as to reduce the volume of the system,increase the energy transmission distance,and improve the transmission efficiency of the system.The experiment result is better. |
