With the rapid development of the national urban economy,Jieyang City has also continuously developed new industries through industrial transformation.Among them,Huilai County's coastal super-large petrochemical and energy projects are the core, creating a heavy chemical industry cluster and building Jieyang into a world-class petrochemical and energy base.At present, several major projects are located in Jieyang City, which will bring significant development opportunities to Jieyang.Among them, the projects in Huilai County include CNOOC Yuedong LNG integration project, and PetroChina's Guangdong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Project is also located in Jieyang.Huilai County, the current preliminary work is progressing smoothly. With the settlement of these major projects,Huilai County's economic and power demand will usher in a new round of development opportunities. The rapid development of the social economy has led to a steady increase in the use of electricity.Judging from the power balance of Jieyang City's power grid,Jieyang Power Grid still has a large power gap,and still needs power generation access systems to supplement the power supply gap and meet Jieyang's power demand. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and power demand of Jieyang Huilai Power Grid, and combines the grid structure of the grid, the planning of Jieyang Power Grid, and the requirements of the power access system to study the access to the grid system of Huilai Wind Farm Project, and proposes the planning scheme and safety.Reliable, economical, flexible, and access system solutions do not weaken the normal power supply of existing power grids, and also can evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the program.
