The maintenance level of aircraft maintenance personnel is related to the flight safety of the aircraft,so aircraft maintenance training is very important for maintenance personnel.The current aircraft simulation maintenance system is relatively mature,but generally only applies to single-person training,can not meet multi-person collaborative maintenance,and lack of intelligent auxiliary modules.In view of the above problems,based on the structure of the existing aircraft simulation maintenance training system,the distributed virtual simulation technology and artificial intelligence technology are introduced,and the distributed virtual maintenance system structure based on DDS and MAS is established,which makes the training more realistic and the field maintenance actual.First,the structure of the existing aircraft simulation maintenance training system is summarized,and the distributed virtual simulation is combined with the simulated maintenance training system to establish a distributed virtual maintenance system structure based on DDS and MAS for its shortcomings.DDS middleware is used to realize the distributed system,and the Agent technology is used to establish an intelligent auxiliary modules.Secondly,the functions and structures of each module in the system are described,and the functional structure and information flow of the virtual maintenance environment are described by IDEF0.Based on UML state machine and the many characteristics of the maintenance scene,a dynamic interaction structure model of the virtual maintenance environment is established to describe the dynamic interaction between different maintenance scenarios.Then,combined with the system network communication,a network communication structure model based on DDS middleware is established,and the heterogeneous data of communication in the virtual maintenance environment is unified by XML method.Finally,taking the ADIRU troubleshooting as an example,the feasibility of the structure is verified on the developed distributed virtual maintenance simulation platform.
